New alliance members (seems fishy)

A bunch of accounts have shown at my alliance. We usually have 9 to 10 members but this weekend we filled up and one beat ROL at a crazy low level.
How to report?

He didn’t beat Rol, he probably did 3 Lol runs and got those champs as a reward after each run.

Serious though now: I think you need to contact support to report someone.
