OG Avengers

So as known the stones only work for OG version of avengers. Would it make them op if they give permanent buff same as stones have.

I think Cap would be a bit too much just for the regen, but iron man would be absolutely fine, and still wouldn't really compare to the god tiers. They should just make that effect permanent
