Why does Emma do less dmg than CG with crits through block?

Curious if I’m missing something? My r2 6* Emma when having cyclops on her team does activate crits through block, and it does do a little more damage. However, when compared to similar damage from Corvus she seems to do about 1/2 as much damage. Am I missing something? Is this a bug?

Corvus has true damage buff, which negates all opponent armor

Also Corvus will likely have a larger critical damage rating than Emma on top of true damage.

Corvus specializes in critical hits, meaning his crits will be stronger and will show up more through block then EF.
He also has true damage

Oh ok, wasn’t sure how/if true damage worked through blocks. But for those saying his crits do more damage in general that simply is not true unless he has 2+ cruelty buffs.

Must be the true damage interaction.

A single one of those crit damage buffs is a pretty massive boost. It's like what, 2400 for a 4*?
