The AI should not be able to block specials 1/2 way through it!

Is that a mistake, and this is fixed, or still broken?
Some of these were fixed in the 22.1.1 hotfix which stated (among other things):
- Fixed an issue where Ghost Rider's Sp1 would not make contact on the first hit
- Fixed an issue where Carnage's final hit on his Sp1 did not make contact
Ghost Rider's first hit was a whip and Carnage's final hit was a tendril, which caused this issue. There is currently an issue with Omega Red's L2 (tentacle) and Medusa L1 (Hair).
This issue is very similar to what we've seen before and it was previously fixed with a hotfix. Hopefully something similar can happen here with Omega Red and Medusa.
So, still no fix for this?
