I can't accept friend requests

in Bugs and Known Issues
I sent a friend request to my brothers account but he can't find it in the request section so he sent me one and i'm having the same issue. Can you tell me why?
I haven't done anything wrong and I've never been banned.

    Can you please reach out to our Support Team via the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen within the game? You can find the option to do by scrolling down and selecting 'Support'. They can help you with this.
