4* Punisher

Will the 4 star Punisher be easier to obtain in the regular Arena crystals or only the Uncollected Crystal? I haven't done Act 5 yet so I want to know if this is for everyone or just the people that beat Act 5.2. But I'm not complaining, The Uncollected definitely deserve the rewards after battling the Unit Collector
