Thanos compensation

I did not get any thanos compensation even though I spent 600 units on him before the fix. I believe this is because I didn't beat the fight but that is ridiculous. I took him down to his last phase and then kept using revives. I ran out of units with Thanos on 7% and had to exit the quest. How am I not eligible for the compensation?

Send a support ticket,. thats what they said if you didn't receive it and beat him prior to him getting fixed

wrong event, it's the Save The Battlerealm event, not the Avengers Forever (monthly event quest) that was too hard. Thanos is working as intended...

they gave out both, because thanos was bugged and had to be patched in the EQ, it jsut happened in the first week.
