My champions heavy attack while I'm doing a regular combo...

This issue happened with me and others around me.
For me, it happened on multiple devices and with different champions.
While performing a normal combo the champion all of a sudden decided to through a heavy attack which causes me to get wrecked in most cases...

I've had the same from time to time. It's a dropped Combo. It's the 5th Hit, and it drops the Combo and throws the Heavy.

Same issue, along with throwing heavy instead of blocking.
