Unable to open Chests

Does anyone else have an issue where they complete a quest & kill the boss - and they have no option to claim or open the chests they earned?

Once you complete a quest, the chest items go automatically into your inventory

This is an issue stull in the game, can anyone explain why this is happening ? After each new quest I am not able to open the chests or find them in the inventory?

They automatically open and turn into things such as ISO, gold, and sometimes units. They go into your inventory
