I think it's a mistake.

I just updated the new version of the game. And it shows my account has been banned. I have never used any kind of Third party software. Can u help me to check into my game thí?

I've put alot in this game. I don't want to let it gone.

submit a ticket...that is the only way you will get help. you wont get help on the forums...only people who will say "You cheated."
