Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.

I'm not seeing any special event on any of my devices. No update available, and reinstalling does nothing. Is there no special event right now?

    Btw, this is on iPad and Android phone.

    You need to download the update.. Lots of people already downloaded it. Perhaps, you're looking in the wrong place for updates..

    I got it to work on the Android phone, but it still won't update on the iPad. Not an option in the app store (just says "open") and automatic updates are already enabled. And like I mentioned, uninstalling and reinstalling still didn't work either.

    Was having the same problem. When I search for game in store it usually says update instead of open if there is an update available. Instead went to where my updates for my specific apps are in the App Store and the update was there.
