14.1 "Better gameplay"

Has anyone noticed any change in the game itself with the latest update?

Despite what's been written, i still do encounter chars being stuck without evading, parry being not registered and char being unable to move back for over 2 combos after Landing a heavy. I don't see any improvement on this side, should i trash my iphone 7, or anyone else is still back at 14.0 state?

No noticeable improvement here on android. Load times are actually much worse

Also vision's specials are power burning but not doing damage.
