Currently what is the best Mystic?

I'm hoping that Maw will be a beast offensively, since Mystic class is no longer on the top (not even close)
However I can list 7 champions in this class that still can obliterate content.

Just keep spamming the SP3 and when Chthon’s Cunning is active you can use the SP2.
