Missing Purchase

Hi Kabam. I recently got the class crystal bundle but didn't get anything. The purchase was confirmed by Google. The offer still exists, but when I purchase again it says I already have the bundle but didnt get anything (crystal shards etc none.)

Please assist? Thanks.

Hey Munchukoy2017, I'm sorry to hear the Items you purchased are not yet showing on your account. Unfortunately, we don't have direct access to in-game accounts here in the Forums and are limited in the scope of support we can provide for issues like this.

If you haven't already, please restart the app and check your Inventory for the purchased Items once more. If they are still missing, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team for further assistance. You can contact them by clicking HERE.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to contact our Support Team from within the game, simply click on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the Home screen. From there, tap the button which says “Support”, then tap the button that says “Need more help? Contact us”.
