**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

OG Hulk with Quake/Hawkeye synergy

Hulk has 85% chance to stun on his special attacks. With Quake/Haweye synergy it adds 15% to ability accuracy. In my mind with the way it is worded, it means that it adds a flat 15% to ability accuracy so increasing Hulks stun chance to 100%.

I ask as against Ronan the stun didnt work twice and against Juggs it didnt work twice.

Now I feel its 15% of 85% which is added, so that makes it 97.75% chance to stun. Just wondering which is correct way to interpret it?

I tend to approach percentages like that one as not additive. It’s like BW’s subtlety ability when augmented by Quake and Hawkeye. If I had to bet, it’s 97.75%.

Or, and this is always possible, that stun chance isn’t considered an “ability” for AA bonus purposes.

If it is though, you got some pretty bad pRNG to roll the 2.25% chance...

It seems to me that they're independent of each other. I've had fights where Hulk triggers 2 stuns after a special with BW in my party.

Unless it says flat (like in Sparky’s sig) I would always assume it’s multiplicative, not additive.

Just add another Quake then you will have 100% stun chance for every special attack

Kabam math is always funky, it could well be that the initial 85% is rolled against, then if it fails you get a 15% roll due to the synergy.

    That's a different ability, though

BW synergy gives every champion a 25% chance to stun on every Special Attack. So on his specials, Hulk had one chance at 85% and one chance at 25%.

As for the OP's question, I agree with @DrZola that it's probably multiplicative rather than summative. I think the same about the She-Hulk/Daredevil stun bonus.

There's a degree of vagueness on Kabam's part here; probably because the descriptions are written by different people at different times. It would be nice if they committed to specific use of language around statistics at some point, but it's clearly not a priority!

Your 97.75% chance to stun fails 15% of the time.
Kabams 15% chance to evade evades 97.75% of the time.

I've noticed that too, maybe a year or something ago, when i tried to defeat a power reserve hyperion boss. I was already running hawkeye on the team, so i thought it would be a good idea to get hulk and quake along as a backup. Many of his stuns did not trigger, although just as you thought, i believed that this synergy provided a 100% chance to stun after every special. There's either some sort of bug, or it is indeed multiplied. But losing the stun due to a 2.25% chance seems weird... For instance, i can't recall any matches where the stun didn't trigger when i was using gambit's special 1...
