How do you fight imiw (Iron Man Infinity War) when he activates deflector protocol?

What I do is just block and wait for him to use heavy attack, it was much easier with Medusa, but unfortunately, the tactics I use don't work when imiw is the final boss (in alliance wars). His block damage cannot be withstood, and that's the problem, plus, the lag, haha, to those skilled lads out there, what do you do against a final boss imiw with deflector protocol? Sound off in the comments below.

Not sure if this apply to your difficulty here, but here it goes...

When he is at about 15% health or less, he as a automatic block when you hit him with medium, light or heavy.

2 methods....

You wait for him to throw a heavy and you counter with your heavy
Or
You throw a SP3.

Note, if IMIW as some armor buff, this will take out little to no health, so you got to wait untill the armor times up and then counter his heavy or throw your sp3.

Hyperion works fine for me, you counter his heavy with your heavy, and before he goes under 15% health you can use sp1 to apply incineration, it works awesome in iron man iw

Use Venom he have ability to cancle evade or autoblock when opponents under 18% health... He is the best counter for imiw

But venom needs to play safe until imiw is 18%, so... I don't prefer him but I respect your preference.

It would be easier if u could share your champs so that people can suggest best option from those available to u...I use void against IMIW and those petrify don't let him gain power and the debuffs deal a lot of damage to him..u can use corvus and cycle his sp2..use ghost with wasp and get unblockable specials..proxima and a strong sp3 can bypass his final phase altogether...same with havoc

Barring any specific champions either Parry and heavy, or when stun immune, eat the block damage and when he throws heavy, counter with your own. Personally I use Corvus or hyperion for IMIWs. But it's doable with any champion

I think champs with short reaching heavy won't work.

Most champs heavy work. You just need to time it right. for ex, Hyperions first heavy hit is short but can intercept IMIWs front dash during his heavy
