changing my email attached to my kabaam sign in?

I read the directions below but every time I try to send an email, it tells me it's a "dead link, to get assistance by using the in game support" or something to that nature... I tried a couple of emails i've found but same thing. How am I suppose to send a ticket from my NEW email if it's not attached to the game yet ? Help?

We can change the Kabam ID email address attached to an account once every 90 days.
However, you will need to contact our Kabam Support team from the email you wish to attach to the account, not the email that is currently attached. You will need to verify ownership of the account.
