Iceman vs Domino

Question, Can domino bypass Iceman Ice Amor because she just recked me in war. Was on AON node and had Ice Amor up and was expecting to take 5% damage as Ice always has till now. she took more than 50% health from me. This is crazy if she can.

If ice armor is up, it's up and should only take 5% damage. Now I can understand If I did and sp3 and it did not proc Ice armor from her ability but ice armor is up.

She can make the buff not to proc, and she can ignore the cap as well with ability accuracy reduction.
Also her special 3 places an armor break, which would remove the ice armor, and the damage cap ability wouldn't be there

If you are under debuff of chance and at this point suffer an e3, the ice armor will not take effect!
