6* UC

Simple question; when is it being released? It has been over a year now since 6* are available and he is still missing from the loyalty store. Shouldn’t be very hard to come up with an amount to charge and make him available.

Simpler question; why would you want to buy him? As a 6* he'd still be meh, even if he was duped.
