Dungeon Artifacts hoarding?

I have enough artifacts to purchase my first crystal (5-star):
-Is there a limit to the number of dungeon artifact shards you can hoard?
-Can we hoard the crystals?
-And will the RNG for a hoarded crystal reflect the list of champions in the crystal when you bought it, or what is current. (ie. You bought a War Crystal 3 months ago that had Corvus, Promixa, etc, but now the War crystal has Ghost Rider, Archangel, etc.)?
