This is a question with no wrong answers.

Genuinely, you can't go wrong.

My advice:

• Take a look at your other champions. Do these guys bring anything to the table that someone else doesn't already? If you already have a high-ranked DoT champ like X-23, do you need Domino? If all your champs are a bit fragile, would a big solid CAIW suit you better? Alternately, if you've got a Ghost or Corvus, maybe it's DoT you're looking for?
• What about synergies? Who else do you fight with? Cap can make Dr Strange almost playable; whereas Domino is great for Masacre and Rulk.
• What about playstyle? Cap and AA are simple, and good if you lean towards party/stun/heavy. Domino works better with dexterity and intercepts; and her double-hit medium can feel weird if you aren't used to it
• Lastly (and in some ways, most importantly), what is the champion being developed for? Questing? Alliance Wars? Defense?
