Two accounts int he same alliance

Guys, I have two account (on the same device). Ca n I have them in the same alliance. My friend said that it is prohibited. zJust wanted to clarify.

You're friend is trolling you. As long as you and only you use the accounts you can have 30 of em in a Ally if you want.
