Spider Gwen not evading as intended when facing special attacks

When I face a champ with unblockable specials, Spider Gwen, sometimes, doesn’t evade at all. I am not blocking, so she should evade, but she doesn’t and I get hit. Is this a bug? Can you fix it please?

It's not really a guaranteed evade there ... is multiplicative

She has a 7% chance (per charge) to evade, so then when you increase that by 550% it is multiplying her 7% times 6.5 which is 45.5% chance to evade if she has 1 charge.

Only if she has 3 charges will it come out to 100%+ guarantee (and your screen cap shows only 1 charge).
