Request for information from Kabam

Posting this here because I have bot received any reply after posting in bugs thread for 3-4months.

I play on Redmi note 5 which used to run the game with ease with 4-5 Background apps running at the same time. It ran smooth ever since I bought the phone in 2018 and ran smooth for nearly a year. But for the last few months , I am unable to play with even developer settings enabled , with only the game running . I am able to play Pubg and asphalt on it with ease but mcoc keeps dropping inputs. Not dropping, they dont register at all. If lucky, it registers for a few minutes and then goes south again. I
Game is unplayable.

I do not believe this is a device issue as I am having no issues outside mcoc and have reinstalled the game and factory resetted my phone.
If you could please inform if Mcoc still supports my device or not, then either I can look into other devices or die in peace . This has been going on for 6-8 months .

I love the game, been playing for 3+ years and have spend money and hours on it, so please help a brother out before closing this thread. I ll leave the details below .Thank you.

Device : Redmi Note 5 (4Gb Variant , free
space of 48GB)
Miui: 10.2.1.0
Network : WiFi (BSNL), Data (JIO)
Game version : Latest , End game event one.
Observed everywhere in the game.
