Featured Cavalier Crystals

I have completed Act 6.1 & i have cavalier title. But i don’t see featured cavalier crystals 300 units offer in Crystals. I do see 50$ offer but i can’t find 300 units for featured cavalier crystals. Am I missing some info? Is it same for others too?

    But i didn’t see Cull Obsidian cavalier crystals. Initially i thought these crystals are to be bought via unit store. Thus i didn’t ask before.
