Well... instead of champions falling “ragdoll style” onto the floor after they die, why not make them disintegrate just like avengers and other characters did at the end part in Infinity war movie. Would make arenas looks more alive-able

    maybe when phoenix dies we could see the phoenix force leave her body, when the iron man characters die you could see the suit malfunction and get electric, cap and cap WWII could drop their shield, void could become the sentry when he hits the floor, robots could fall apart or do as the iron man characters did and malfunction... i could go on much more since i love this idea but you get the point.

    Actually I do think it can still work. Kabam just need to work harder :)
