Problem claiming catylsts

Every time I go to my stash to claim my catalysts, I always get the same connection error and I’m unable to claim them. It’s not my inventory or my personal connection since everything else runs just fine. It’s literally only my catalysts in my stash of unclaimed items that I can’t claim
