How to find email

I have 2 accounts that belong to me, both were started by me.
One is my main 860k rated account that I play on my personal phone and the other is a second smaller 120k rated account that I play on my work phone.
My work phone isn't great for playing mcoc and I'm attempting to beat the master Thanos on my second account.
I've tried to log into my account on my personal phone but it tells me to enter a valid email.
I'm pretty sure the email I've entered is correct.
How do check this?
