Thanos Uncollected applies stun?!

Why am I getting stunned when hit by Thanos Uncollected, when it doesn’t state that anywhere in his description?

In the 1 phess if you stun him it wil reflects back so if you fx use AA and you stun via nex it wil reflects back to you and yes it dos stay that in the stone desiom
