daily pass problem and unit store not available! Help me

Hi everyone,
from this morning, I don't know why, it is impossible for me to receive my rewards for the daily card of the units. The symbol referring to the daily card does not appear on the home. Also when I click on the units shop, it tells me that it is no longer available! how can I solve this problem? Is there anyone who can help me?

Hey Michibighi, I'm sorry to hear you're unable to access the Unit Store or Claim Rewards from your Subscription Card.

If you haven't already, please try the troubleshooting steps below in an effort to resolve these issues.

After performing those steps, please try to access the Unit Store and Subscription Card section again. If you continue to have issues, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team for further assistance. You can contact them by clicking HERE.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to contact our Support Team from within the game, simply click on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the Home screen. From there, tap the button which says “Support”, then tap the button that says “Need more help? Contact us”.
