Wrong AW rewards

When will we at MNG get our righteous AW rewards? We are being penalized for a mistake of your systems and now on top your system sends out wrong AW rewards without any communication and jeopardizes our reputation as ppl think we got docked? This is Outrageous. Not only do you owe us the correct rewards, you also owe the Community an explanation why we have the situation as is right now, which is a mistake caused by Kabam and therefore also an apology for shedding a bad light on us when we have done nothing wrong as an alliance.
