Mutant Rank Up issue - thought appreciated

I have a 2/25 undpued 5* Storm, but I also just duped X-23 (4* 4/40) and pulled 4* Iceman (so unduped). I can 3/35 Storm or take on of the other two to 5/50. Thoughts?

Both x-23 and iceman are better. It really depends on need; Iceman has crazy utility and damage but X-23 has crazy damage and a pretty solid regen.

Iceman, triple immune and his Cold Snap can reduce Auto-Evading chance to 0.

Do Iceman to r5. He's a beast for AW attack. His coldsnap stops all evading heroes and that includes stopping Mordo's astral evade. The topper is that his ice armor keeps u from losing more than 5% health from any one attack, spl 3's, as long as its active

Iceman, plus you can awaken him in arena soon. X-23 even at 440 doesn't need the dupe to be great and path clear map 5 due to her regen which the sig doesn't affect. Storm unduped is very underwhelming.

Unless you have wolverine do x-23. Even then I'd do x-23.
