Alliance War Season 9 rewards

Hi I would like to report a bug that every person in my alliance hasn't gotten our rewards for the latest season, just wanted to know if we could get some help?

Hey there, sorry to hear about this. For something like this, our Support Team would be the best equipped to look into things. You can each send them a ticket from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support". They can also be reached here.
