Missing iso-8

Hi recently I opened my 700+ quest crystal and got 6000+ tier 1 iso8, 1900+ tier 2 iso8, 3 tier 3 iso8, 15 small refill, 45 units, upon checking my inventory most of the tier 1/2 gone missing

Same thing happened to me. I think its a visual glitch with some large batch openings. I saw it happen to someone else with t3cc
