Please help a summoner out

These bugs need to be fixed before anymore new content is released! I've reported them since the January update and they are still persisting! Please fix the lag, freezing, visual glitches and constant crashing when doing EQ and Arenas.

    may help if you include your phone info.. I dont think most of us are having these issues.

    I've sent tickets into support every month. Pretty sure they have all the info needed.
