Did the story quest completion and exploration rewards get buffed? How can I get those rewards

Pretty sure those rewards just got buffed but since I’ve already completed them how can I get those buffed rewards I missed out on?

actually what they said was anyone who had completed it since December would get them, the rest of us would not.
