Corvus or Carnage rankup

Both awakened 4* champs. Here’s the thing, I like playing Carnage a lot more, but I use Corvus a lot more for AQ. I’d rather rank up Carnage, but I also need to consider my needs for alliance events and EQ. Is there much difference between a rank 4 Corvus and a rank 5 when it comes to the monthly event quest? Also some other options in the poll I’m considering for later.
