How good is unawakened Dr.Voodoo?

I just got a 5* Dr. voodoo, i don't if thats good or bad as i have heard that he isn't much usefull if unawakened.
Also should i take him to Rank2 rightnow or wait....

He's got potential, but he's substantially less useful without being Awakened.

Mine is sitting at 2/35 for arena grinds, until he gets Awakened (if that ever happens).

Whilst he's nothing special at the moment, pulling Dr Voodoo is much like pulling Star Lord: not great at first; but you're now halfway to a fantastic champion - you have to pull them before you can dupe them, so it's still a good pull!
