Why will it not let me finish

this level, but it lets me finish the lower tier one?

Hey there, it looks like you may have used up all 3 of your entries for that quest for the day. This version of the Halls of Healing can only be entered up to 3 times a day on each difficulty. An entry will be used up regardless of whether the quest was completed or if a player exits the quest without completing it. It looks like the Easy difficulty has not been entered yet but the Hard difficulty has been entered 3 times already. In order to fully explore these quests within the entry limit, a new path will need to be explored each time.
