4.3 Non Starburst Paths

Can someone please tell me which paths in 6.3 DON'T have Starburst? For some reason every path I check seems to have it.

I watched Seatin's livestream, the path he took didn't have Starburst, but the same path has it in my game. How?

You have to kill either DD or Elektra (IDK which anymore). The first two fights will have Starburst, but after killing the Global node it will be gone for the rest of the quest.
