AGAIN the Units shop is unvaiable and i can't take rewards from my daily card!

in Bugs and Known Issues
The same problem occurred again last week. The unit store is disabled and I cannot receive the rewards of my daily unit card. I also know that in this period I could take the 4 and 5 star crystal chip cards daily. I would like to take the new cards but I can't, it only takes 3 hours and I doubt that my problem will be solved in such a short time. Please help me, I don't want to miss the opportunity to get the new cards.

    I'm sorry to hear this happening to you. Please reach out to our Support Team about this. You can do so via the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen within the game. From there, scroll to select 'Support'.
