in Bugs and Known Issues
There are multiple problems with dungeons.when i enter dungeons game just frezez or it does not enter the room at all.i have reported this issue before but i am just ignored...

    I have 2 phones samsung s9 and razor phone and its same issue.no bosts or any thing used
