Tickets not being answered

HI Miike and Other Mods,

The tickets are not being answered. Please help me by having a look at some tickets. Once you reply i can meesage you the ticket numbers.

Just be thankful your tickets are still open. All my tickets get responses like "yes we know about the issue. No, we won't compensate you because of our issues. Buh bye" and then they close my ticket.
