Should I rank up my Red Hulk or Joe fixit for rank four or should I wait for magic and HB

    Magic and hb are currently rank two almost rank four both are unduped while red hulk and joe fixit are duped

    Red Hulk is good, have him duped and at 4/40. When you have 4 or more Heat Charges he hits hard and has good Physical Resistance. However in the options you gave Magik is the way to go, Red Hulk after. HB and Joe probably should be near the bottom of any rank up list.
