Dormammu vs Thanos and Kang

Dormammu STILL has a bug where if you fight him in a Kang/Thanos team in arena he STARTS with both L3 buffs

Not quite. There's 2 different Dormammu. There's this Dormammu, which starts with both buffs, and regular Dormammu, which does not. How can you tell the difference? One's PI is MUCH higher than the other, should you find yourself facing 2 in the same team.

huh? Nowhere in his abilities is it stated he can start with both buffs

this is the template for boss Dormammu in AQ. His PI is close to 5k without masteries. I assume the previous bosses also have a stored version like this but their ability isn't visible like Dormammu
