Hello, my friend and I were talking, and we think that Arena should be changed to have reward brackets based on level instead of account age, does anyone agree?

Arena brackets have been a real problem for me because i was inactive for a while then really got back into it. So when i got back my arena bracket was changed from beginner bracket (1 month account age) to veterans bracket (2+ months account age). I was playing against the pros with the same setup i had as a beginner
