Crashing, hanging, game connection errors investigation

I am facing issues in connection of the game with internet. My internet is working perfectly fine, I am watching youtube, browsing web etc but this game always shows connection error or reconnecting. And I am unable to play this game. I have to complete my hall of fortune, alliance war, event quest and this **** is not responding.
