Class boost broken?

I was testing out the 200% class boost and I know that it returns power based on damaged dealt. I would like to know how the 200% is calculated. Because based on the video it should have returned more power. On both the sp3 and sp2

    Unless damage dealt is the same as health taken I don’t see it. But I was using a champ with a high enough health pool that wouldn’t die fast enough from multiple sp2s maybe not the best champ to use. But regardless I’m going by what the description says on the boost
