Nightcrawler rigged !??

I've been noticing after the recent update nightcrawlers don't dash back as often as other charcters in war...anyone else noticed this or just me ?

It's been hard for a while to get him to switch to swashbuckler. Even when he's dashed back and blocked, 75% of the time he will evade and stop the timer.

I actually ran into an issue last night against NC in war. I was using Voodoo and immediately following a parry, I used my L1, and NC evaded the special WHILE STUNNED and immediately combined me , killing my full health Voodoo with one combo. BS. And as far as switching his modes, ya right, good luck.
