Sorry for the late reply on this one! We're working on getting more information about whats' happening here. Once we have some, we'll respond back accordingly.
Good. Corvus' immunity is supposed to work all the time when he has the glaive charges. It's NOT supposed to work like King Groot's Fury at the start of a fight where it can't be used to shrug off the beginning of a fight Coldsnap just because it has been programmed to gain the Fury after the Coldsnap. Glaive immunity should work before any Debuffs applied to him at the start of a fight just like how it interacts with suicide masteries at start of a fight (with both suicide masteries activated, Corvus can regen until the bleed debuff expires). And the interaction has been consistent all day everyday. There's never been a single day where my Corvus, thanks to Willpower mastery, cannot regen through the suicides masteries when the bleed debuff suicide is still active (unless there is a Heal Block node). So why would he take a shock debuff damage at the start of a fight when he is supposed to be immune to it? Not passive shock damage but a shock debuff damage node. It's clearly a debuff when it has the white ring around it meaning it can interact with a champ's ability to shrug it off, gaining some healing, etc. Come on. You guys are better than this. I know that you guys say "It is a healthy thing that some powerful champions will have a counter as part of the game progression", but this is NOT a game progression. This is just BS because he is immune to it. So now you wanna take that away just like how you take away Wasps' initial ability to shrug off Coldsnap now? It's a shame when you guys change the wording of some abilities discreetly that's gonna have an impact on the champion without telling the community. That's what we called being SHADY and being non-transparent. Please do not degenerate back to 12.0 nerf where communication with community and transparency were nonexistent.
As explained before, is a timing issue that is happening for months now. His ability works like "before" and "after". Not "at the same time". Thats why his Glaives immunity ability needs to triggers slightly before the debuffs (or before the start of the fight) in order for the debuff to be programmed to not do damage
